Presented here is a vintage Hamilton Newton in a 10K natural goldfilled case with 18K gold numerals and markers on a sterling silver dial. This unique wristwatch has a distictive appearance with peaked tips on all four sides. The case is in excellent condition with only light scratches seen under a loupe and the watch sets and winds smoothly. Beneath the dial is a grade 747 movement with 17 jewels that has been serviced and kept good time over a 24 hour period. The inside back case reads: Newton, Hamilton W. Co., Lancaster PA., 10K Goldfilled, R427968, Star W.C. Co. This watch measures approximately 28mm wide (excluding the crown) x 37mm from lug end to lug end.
