Here we have a vintage Hamilton Vancott in a 10K solid gold case and stainless steel back. The 10K stamp is marked underneath the lower right lug on this hard to find model where less than 3,000 were made. Beneath the refinished sterling silver dial is a 17 jewel genuine Hamilton 987S manual hand wind movement featuring a sweep second hand and a fully functional hacking mechanism. The case measures approximately 28mm wide x 34mm in overall length. The watch sets and winds smoothly with the recently serviced movement and comes fitted with brand new alligator calf straps.
