Here is a nice looking vintage watch in a sterling silver hinged case by an unknown maker. The brand appears to have been marked on the front of the dial but the print has faded through the years making it hard to read. It appears to have 4 letters and ends with an "A." Online searches for ERLA, ISLA, EBLA, etc. have all turned up nothing. The back case is marked 515. This watch measures approximately 25mm wide x 44mm from lug end to lug end. The dial looks very unique with a wavy chevron pattern and gothic style Arabic numerals done in black. The movement has 15 jewels and runs strong keeping good time over a 24 hour period. The watch sets and winds smoothly as well.
