Produced for only 2 years is this asymmetric Hamilton "curved to fit the wrist" model called the Brooke in a 14K natural yellow gold-filled case with a black enamel dial. Built at an angle with a deep top and wider bottom, it allows the wearer to easily glance at the time without having to turn their wrist. Underneath the beautiful dial sits a grade 980 manual hand wind movement with 17 jewels that runs strong and kept good time over a 24 hour period. This timepiece sets and winds smoothly. There is a small hole on the back case corner as seen in the photo. The inside case reads: Hamilton Watch Company, Lancaster, PA., Wadsworth, 14K gold filled, Pend't Pat'd 5-3-27, Design Pat.Pend., H222002. The case measures at approximately 23mm in width (at the widest points) x 41mm from lug end to lug end.
