This curved rectangular Gruen Curvex Precision wristwatch is made in 14K white gold featuring a diamond dial and baton style hands. Very light patina is on the dial typical of watches this age with diamonds set at the 3, 9, and 12 markers. The case measures approximately 22mm wide (excluding the crown) x 34mm in overall length and only has very light scratches. Powering this watch is an unadjusted Gruen 440 Swiss Precision manual hand winding movement with 17 jewels that has been cleaned, oiled, and kept excellent time over a 24 hour period. The watch sets and winds smoothly and includes a brand new BB glass crystal and new I.W. Suisse genuine leather straps in black. The inside back case reads: Cased and Timed in U.S.A By Gruen Watch Co, 14K GOLD while on the outside it reads: Gruen 14K, 301444, along with a sentimental message from Jackie to Obby.
