Featured here is a vintage Gruen Veri-Thin Precision flip top watch in a 10K gold-filled case with a while dial and gold tone Arabic numerals. The case is in excellent condition with only light scratches seen under magnification. The dial shows some light aging primarily on some of the numerals but nothing to detract from the beauty of this watch. The flip top functions perfectly and the release tab is located right underneath the 6:00 marker. Beneath the dial is a grade 405 Gruen Watch Co. manual hand winding movement with 17 jewels that has been cleaned and kept good time over a 24 hour period. Serial: 856238. Movement is also marked: Gruen Watch Co., Seventeen Jewels, Unadjusted, Veri-Thin Switzerland, Conoruma. The case measures approximately 27mm wide x 38mm from lug end to lug end.
