Featured here is a vintage Elgin Model E-7 in a 14K green gold-filled engraved round case with an plain silver enamel dial and 7 jewels. The case is intricately engraved on the two sides that start from the lugs and flows upon the bezel and onto the opposite lug on this 3 piece case. There are only light scratches seen when magnified and overall this watch is stunning in person. The watch sets and winds smoothly and sits nicely on the wrist as it measures approximately 30mm wide (excluding the crown) x 33mm from lug end to lug end. Powering the watch is a 6/0 size grade 430 manual hand winding movement with 7 jewels that runs strong and kept great time over a 24 hour period. Serial on movement: 31272752.
