Produced for only 1 year, this rare bird called the Hamilton Donavan features a 14K solid gold case with a mirror-lapped surface and an applied gold numeral dial. Originally released with a cord band, this beautiful watch features centered lugs and Gucci style lug screws securing a brand new genuine lizard strap in dark brown by I.W. Suisse. The case is in excellent condition with only light scratches seen under a loupe typical of vintage watches. The lance style hands are true to form and there are no personalizations or engravings on the outer back case. The mirror-lapped surface remains lustrous after all these years and looks astonishingly elegant from all angles. Slightly curved to fit the wearer's wrist, this timepiece sets and winds smoothly and includes a brand new glass crystal as well.
