Here we have a beautiful vintage Hamilton Wesley-B featuring an excellent 14K solid natural gold case with 18K gold numerals and dots on a refinished sterling silver dial. This timepiece measures approximately 24mm wide (excluding the crown) x 42mm from lug tip to lug tip and looks sharp from all angles. This is a fine looking tank watch with a dropped lug design that sets and winds smoothly. The watch is powered by a genuine Hamilton grade 754 manual hand wind movement with 19 jewels that has been serviced and kept good time over a 24 hour period.
