Here we have a beautiful vintage Hamilton Thinline 4002 in a 10K yellow gold-filled case featuring a refinished sterling silver dial and a Breguet hour hand so that the wearer can easily tell the time even when the hands are directly overlapping each other. The dial also has a rich gold tone border and segmented black lines adding a nice elegant touch to this stunning timepiece. The crown which is uniquely situated at the 4 o'clock mark sets and winds smoothly. Powering this watch is a Swiss Hamilton unadjusted caliber 687 manual hand wind movement with 17 jewels that has been recently serviced and kept good time over a period of 24 hours. There are light scratches on the back of this one piece case. Inside the S&W case back is engraved: Hamilton W. Co., Lancaster PA., 10K Gold Filled, S909963, S&W. The watch measures approximately 33mm in width (excluding the crown) x 37mm from lug eng to lug end.
