Produced for only 1 year, this rare Barrel B features a 14K green goldfilled case with an engraved barrel shaped bezel and a tonneau shaped dial making it distinctively unique from previous barrel models. The refinished butler silver dial is in excellent condition with active glowing luminous and a new crystal has been installed providing an unobstructed view of the crisp dial. The light wear throughout typical of vintage watches of this age but is in overall superb condition. The crown sets and winds and smoothly and included with the wristwatch are brand new IW Suisse genuine lizard straps in brown. The inside back case reads: Hamilton Watch Co., Fahys. 14K, GoldFilled, 650098. Powering this collectible watch is a classic Hamilton 987 manual hand winding movement with 17 jewels that has been cleaned, oiled, and timed for 24 hours. Serial on movement: 2215465. This watch measures approximately 29mm wide (excluding the crown) x 36mm from lug end to lug end.
