Here we have a vintage Hamilton Ordnance Dept. WWII Military wristwatch in a base metal case featuring a NOS (new old stock) white luminous dial and skeleton hands. The case shows some minor plate loss which is typical for military watches considering its age and history. Powering the watch is a 6/0 size grade 987A manual hand winding movement with 17 jewels that has been serviced and kept good time over a 24 hour period. Case measurements are approximately 30mm wide x 38mm from top to bottom. The inside back case reads: Keystone, Base Metal, 189512. The outer screw back case reads: ORD DEPT, U.S.A., OF-170689.
