The inside case reads: H, 6/0, Wadsworth, Quality, 14 Karat Goldfilled, Case Pat Appl'd for Pend't Pat'd 5-3-27, 0852171. This watch is a nice size by today's standards measuring at approximately 27mm x 38mm in overall length and comes fitted with brand new genuine leather straps in black.
