Produced for only 2 years is this vintage Hamilton Automatic K-300 CLD watch in a 10K natural gold case with 18K gold numerals and markers on a pearled track sterling silver dial. This model features curved scroll lugs and a case that measures approximately 33mm wide x 42mm in length. Underneath the dial is a Eterna-Matic caliber 1248UC movement with 17 jewels that runs strong and kept good time over a 24 hour period. The outstanding innovation in this caliber was the mounting of the rotor on 5 ball bearings. The inside back case reads: Hamilton W. Co., 10K, Lancaster P.A., S329944, S&W.
