Here's another hidden treasure from my private collection called the Hamilton Pinehurst available here in a 14K gold case with a luminous numeral dial and matching skeleton hands. This is truly a magnificent timepiece featuring an engraved bezel and engraved sides and according to Hamilton records, only 232 were produced in yellow gold. The case design features sharp points at every bend and the watch sets and winds smoothly with a recently serviced 6/0 movement. Powering the watch is a 987-F manual hand winding movement with 17 jewels that kept great time over a 24 hour period. There are only light scratches on the case seen when magnified typical of vintage wristwatches of this age. The inside back case reads: Hamilton Watch Co., Lancaster PA., 14K Solidarity, 14K 585/1000 FINE, 613947. The case measures approximately 29mm wide (excluding the crown) x 37mm from lug tip to lug tip.
