Housed in a 14K yellow gold case and featuring a gold foiled numeral sterling silver dial, this opulent wristwatch was actually produced during the height of the great depression. Production records show that only 138 yellow gold versions were made. The 6/0 size grade 979-F manual hand wind movement has been serviced and kept good time over a 24 hour period. The watch sets and winds smoothly and comes fitted with a new glass crystal and brand new genuine leather straps in black. The inside back case reads: Hamilton W. Co., 14K, Lancaster P.A., 151415.
