The case measures approximately 23mm wide x 37mm in overall length. Underneath the dial is a genuine Hamilton grade 753 manual hand wind movement with 19 jewels that runs strong and kept good time over a 24 hour period. The inside back case reads: KENNETT, Hamilton W. Co., Lancaster PA., 10K Goldfilled, R268807, Star W.C. Co.
